Yes — and we plan to keep it that way. We don't take a cut of your dive bookings, and there's no premium tier hidden behind a feature wall. The app is free now and is intended to stay free for divers.
What does "free during launch" mean for centers?
Centers and clubs that join during our launch period get full Standard access at no cost — no card required, no auto-conversion. When we end the launch, we give you 30 days' notice before the regular €60/month subscription kicks in.
Why is automatic seat promotion a separate Pro tier?
Automatic promotion actively shows your trips to divers in other parts of our network — it's a real growth lever, and it carries real ad-spend on our side. Standard gives you the full operational stack; Pro adds the promotion engine on top.
Do you handle payments for trips?
Not yet. We focus on the part that's painful today — discovery, paperwork, and waitlists — and leave payment between you and your center, exactly as it works at the dock today. Payments are on our roadmap, but we'd rather solve the experience first.
Does Diveclick replace our WhatsApp group?
It replaces the parts of the group that hurt — chasing roster confirmations, "I'm out, can someone take my spot?", and trying to keep certifications straight in a chat. The community side of your group keeps living wherever you like.
How does the AI handle my certifications? Is my data safe?
When you upload a certification photo, we extract the certifying agency, level, and validity, then map it to our internal skill system. The original image stays in your private profile; only the normalized skill set is shared with a center when you book — and only with that center.
Can I use it on the web instead of a phone?
Yes. The mobile app is where the experience is best — push notifications, camera-based cert scanning, location filters — but everything is also available on the web at app.buceo.click.
Is Diveclick available outside Spain?
For now we're focused on Spain because we know that market well. The product is multi-language by design and built so foreign divers visiting Spanish centers work seamlessly. Expansion to neighbouring markets — Portugal, France — is on the table once we're confident in the Spanish experience.
